I watched the chinese subs for episode 13 and I realised that the end-episode preview is different from this one and the text preview you posted.

It had Boong Do seemingly struck by a few arrows, sitting and leaning against an ambulance and then falling to the ground with the voice over that I assumed immediately is a newcaster (I have no idea why): “A man struck dead by three arrows”, and then we cut to Hee Jin crying her heart out.
Oh yes, and Boong Do literally puked blood all over :(((((((((
Today’s episode is going be SO GOOD even if I am going to be watching through my fingers 😦

They avoided reincarnation so far. The way the story is going, that is the only thing they can do. Fate gets its pound of flesh one way or the other. Love has to find another way. Bracing for BAD news 😦 BD, BD..
