Joon-hee is really one of the best things about this drama ❤
i actually liked how the writers so brilliantly handled his unwitting confession to YJ at the staircase and how YJ just acted a bit nonchalantly (not really) about it because they are best friends and nothing can change that. isn’t it a bit of a reflection on the SW/YJ relationship in the noraebang confession? it’s really not a big deal, they wrote it so well that we shifted the focus from “a gay man liking a straight man” to “a friend loving his best friend”. somehow i never really saw JH liking YJ as a huge no-no and i cringed (even more than YJ/SW) when YJ thought that JH was joking when he confessed…
ah JoonHee-ya… i love you… now i have to love Hoya too!!! (and SIG, and JEJ). ha.
Me too, I cringed during that scene too. Poor JH!
JH will forever be one of my fave second lead character! Really wish that the writer will make him have his own happy ending in the finale … that maybe he’s finally outed himself and his other friends who doesn’t know still love him as he is and of course…he better have a boyfriend… have some other member of a boy group cameo as his boyfriend…that would be so awesome (sort of like cementing the point that people no matter what gender preference you have deserve a happy ending, too)
Ditto on everything. I want Joon-hee to be happy so badly.

it’ll be over soon and i can’t get over it… been watchin older dramas and swooning over Lee SeoJin. i’m getting to the age where older men are better, ha.
I won’t be watching it live. Most k-dramas air during my sleeptime in my timezone so I never watch dramas live. Plus, I hate the buffering.

I’m been feeling that older men are better for a few years now but now I’m really starting to see the younger ones as babies. Just want to pinch their cheeks!
oh yeah, I liked Lovers even though honestly I’m not much of a KJE fan. but that’s alright! I haven’t watched Damo yet (is it good?), and Yi San is 77 episodes – too long for me at the moment (and I don’t really want to skim it). I don’t like Sanguk in general and am definitely not fond of thrillers or scary ghost things so some of his movies are out.
Also not really into war stuff, so other really good dramas like Bridal Mask is out for me – can’t muster up the courage to watch.
I’m getting tired of younger guys… sign of aging…. cute, but when they are at least 5 years younger than me…. sigh… the only younger one at the moment that I can stand is Lee Min Ho and maybe YooChun anyway. Thus – Gong Yoo, Hyun Bin, Lee Seo Jin, Kim Myung Min… bring it on!!!!!

Damo is my favorite drama. And objectively, so very awesome.

ah, West Coast… if I have to watch this tonight I probably have to stay up till 2am (I was working last time till 1:30 and so watched a tiny bit un-subbed when i was drying my hair… groan)

I’ve been listening to Leeds “You May Live in Happiness” today (the BGM when Yoonjae was reminiscing the old good days with Joon-hee while sitting in Hyung’s Onata) so this post is a nice surprise.

Heart. Break. Regardless of one’s personal view about homosexuality how can one’s heart not aching with Joon-hee’s when he said those words. I relate to him the most. Watching his crush from afar (maybe not that far, but you know what I mean). Wacthing silently… for 9 years. Seeing him liking someone else. When your heart orders you to love, the game is over. Indeed, writer-nim. And what’s one’s sexual orientation got to do with it.
People around the globe watch this drama, some of them maybe come from a very uptight places about the issue. Writer-nim, PD-nim thank you.

I love the way the writers handled the JH’s love story. While I love a drama that will take issue with the social ramifications of being gay in South Korea, I appreciate the way the writers for making this such a normal and beautiful love story.

I agree to everything you all said…. Joon Hee is such a beautiful person inside and out…. This drama is full of hearts and Joon Hee has the biggest of ’em all… I do wish he would have his own happy ending too….. and this song is lovely… thank you joonni for creating this post for wuri Joon Hee….. 🙂
