The Yuan envoy declares that Yuan will give the Goryeo throne to either Deok Heung or Gongmin- to whoever gives up Goryeo sovereignty. Young, to send back Eun-soo, leave the palace with her but their journey is full of peril. Gongmin is conflicted on whether he should deal with Yuan firmly when he hears the news about Noguk…
So we’re going to get some alone time between Young and Eun-soo it seems. Yay! Except, of course, I bet you that Ki Chul is going to chase them to the ends of the earth. And the way that they worded “news about Noguk,” it might be pregnancy. But we know historically, she didn’t have children with Gongmin for sixteen years, so we can guess that, if the pregnancy really does happen in this drama, it will not end very happily. My heart is already breaking for these two but I’m going to keep it at bay since I don’t know what that news exactly is.
Edit: adding my comment from below here. I thinking that the writer might be creating this POSSIBLE pregnancy thing maybe as one of the times Noguk got pregnant in those 16 years but never carried to term. Isn’t it possible that Noguk had a miscarriage in those 16 years? Remember I’m just speculating about the pregnancy. I can be completely wrong. Don’t let your imaginations run away with you. It could also be maybe Yuan wanting something from Noguk.
Oy, this drama is going to be the death of me.

I didn’t mean to make her sad, but I guess I accomplished what I was trying to compose in my sense of loss. Ok, I’m sure there *have* to be people that read our comments about mourning/ or crying alongside fictional characters, but speaking for myself, I can’t help it. I bawled my eyes out when I saw E.T. die…and in fourth grade after spending hours marathon reading “Where The Red Fern Grows” I came out of my room crying hysterically that the dog died…my family went into a panic and went to the backyard to check what had happened to our pup. I was made fun of for days for having bawled over a fictional dog’s death. What to do Joonni? I’m so touched by good stories, and my tears have no prejudice to whether it is a fictional. 🙂

WOW your speculation about Noguk pregnancy really might come true.
Also Gongmin and Noguk were married for 15 years (not 16 years?) before she died during childbirth. In saying that I’m getting my information from Wiki which my history teacher tells me to only use to get the general idea of things.
Well in Ng and Gm marriage, NG must be pregnant in those time, but i dont think the news is about the pregnancy. Its maybe about news that CY has already run away or maybe that Yuan is on the verge of falling.
I think i saw that KC’s sister(the empress) was running the whole orchestra in Yuan.And the king is only puppet which is i believe is her father and from what i understand in Chinese culture, all the kings has more than 1 wife + concubine.
BTW, is it possible to assume that the MIB in EP 18 is actually an ally?? and the carriage is a women which maybe ES and CY’s daughter? she has the strength like her father and beauty like her mother?

hi…can I join im a big fan of faith too and always following this blog & comments of other followers of this kdrama..reading all the comments really made me laugh coz I see myself lyk dem too..hahah I rili hate Monday too b4 but wen I started watching faîth i always want pull days just to be Monday again..I think ES will twist again the story just lyk what she did b4 wen she cured the kid patient in last Ep who is going to kill CY in the future..I think she will stay behind CY to block all the dangers and death of our beloved CY and if NG is truly pregnant she will going to save the queen again too..I hope the writer of this drama will see our desires to have ES & CY a happy ending love story bcoz hwata knows everything about wat will going to happen to CY & maybe Hwata & CY has an uncontinued love story before & ES is the reincarnation of Hwata to continue their loveaffair remember wat the fortune teller told to ES in Ep 1 she is destined to her past & Hwata knows she is going to comeback to save CY dats y she write it on her diary for ES to read it…it can be possible that the wife of CY must be truly Eun Soo & they r going to have a child hahah what an imagination I have too they can change her identity to protect her from those who want to capture her..aside from that CY also told GN that ES always be his 1st priority maybe bcoz he doesn’t want to repeat his past lovelife to ES..grrrr can’t wait to see tonight episode even no subs I can watch it over and over agen…I’m a really Faith addict…hope they will add episodes I can’t breath when I am thinking dat this drama will goin to end soon T-T writernim were begging to please extend more episodes….
