I keep having this crazy dream that someone really wealthy in Hollywood is going to hire the crew, director and writer to do season two wtih another 24 episodes. Crazy, isn’t it?

Me too..still barking the same tree here. If not season 2, at least few special episodes on youtube or something **sobs**. I’m anxiously waiting for the novel as well. Let’s hope it’s comes with Eng translation as well and not just the Korean version come Dec. That will be my x-mas gift for my addiction. I hope the Elf-on-the-shelves sitting somewhere in my house listening:p
I know, it is so sad but I can not watch anything else yet, I am thinking about golden garden since it seems harmless (I will not fall in love like I did with Faith). I can only be faithful to one show at the time.

Wow…Joonni’s at it again. Just a few days ago, I remember seeing AATM on her banner. Did you watch Nice Guy? I heard it’s an emotional roller coaster ride with this one.
nop… not yet. I am not ready for a melodrama! I haven’t recovered from Faith withdrawal so, if I begin watching such a emotional drama… I may not survive the roller coaster! hahaha
That is why I haven’t began watching “I miss you”, despite I like the leading actress.
I hear you. I can’t seem to watch anything right now, but repeats of Faith. Once I get released from rehab, I might give ‘I miss you’ a peek. Maybe Daejang will save us all and starts a new project at the same time we all get released!

OMG…i had a P & B moment today. I was out at a working lunch today. Right when our waitress came over to our table, I had accidentally clicked on hot LHM’s pic while searching for a doc, so of course i started swooning inside my head with a big pervy grin on. When she came around to me, I said with a smile ‘I’ll have a Pickle and a Beer’. When everybody said ‘what?’ and the waitress looked at me all confused…I was OMG….started bursting out laughing thinking ‘damn the p&b croc ad’….OLHmoms!!

Was checking the koreandrama.org, and looks like Rooftop Prince and Nice Guy at at the #2 & # 1 spot for best drama of 2012. Moon embrace the sun and King2Heart are also up there. Don’t see why Rooftop Prince and Nice Guy are so popular. Faith has got some competition.
Michelle had said that she read in Soompi about a rumor that they will film more Episodes for Faith. That was the only comment I saw on Soompi too by AwesomeDuck. However there was no more mention of it later in the threads. I think that is it, just a rumor. I have never heard of an extension after the series has ended its run so I think it is highly unlikely though I hope that it could be true.
Oolala couple is extending 2 episodes. Looks like a number of them extended but not Faith, what a shame.
The only drama I have watched in the list is Rooftop Prince. It is so-so but if compared to QIHM, it is no where near perfection.
Yea what a shame. *sighs* I guess there isn’t enough funds. I am sure if they asked Minoz of the world to come up with a figure, there will definitely be a major overflow in the bank account. Ah well. Guess I have to crawl back and nurse myself with some BTS’s and MV’s.

The cinematography and screenplay are almost flawless.
The actors – well, one cannot go wrong with HaJiWon the great, and of course LSG. ID watch this again and again and again, if LMH were not born yet 🙂

It isn’t too bad if you give it a chance. Definitely worth the watch if compared to the likes of Big or Fashion King. It has some comedy so it made me laugh. It did make me cry but not as much as QIHM. Mickey is cute but not as swoon worthy as LMH.

@applebox… yep! there are lots of Koreans here studying English, one of my clients before is a Korean, she and her son are enrolled in one of the English Proficiency school here. When i went to Boracay early this year for a 3 days leisure, there are also Korean tourist waving their hands to us and having fun like us as we sail in a boat for a 20 minute island hopping (part of water activity) in Boracay. I hope my gutterbuds can visit too =)

Dara used to live in the Philippines. She even joined a nationwide reality star search competition where she broke records for receiving the most number of text votes at the time. She was quite popular here. She recorded an album and starred in a few movies. Then her star fizzled and she moved back to Korea. She still visits here every once in a while.

Hi everyone! I’m sorry this took so long. Reality intervened with my kdrama life so I had to postpone uploading vids. I translated the videos with Filipino dialogue so you can understand what Sam Oh, the host, is saying. I read some comments over at Joonni’s saying that they wished Sam spoke less and LMH more. I agree. I do wish he spoke more but I guess I wouldn’t have understood what he was saying anyway so I’m thankful for Sam. She eliminated the need for another person (to translate) and I was able to focus more on His Hotness.
My impression of LMH is that he isn’t what I was expecting. Not that I had much expectations (about his character) going in but he was such a breath of fresh air; so different from what I’ve seen of male celebrities in general.
LMH was mostly quiet, shy, slightly aloof even, but he smiled a lot. He seemed really humble and down-to-earth. Most guys in his position (ie, with screaming/adoring fan girls) would be a little (if not a lot) smug and you’d think all the attention would get to his head but it doesn’t seem that way with him.
He’s also very sweet, accommodating and thoughtful. During the Spin-A-Prize contest, he hugged and had a photo with each contestant even though he didn’t have to. (The game prizes were hand shake, hug, couple shot, staring competition, autographed shirt or poster.) Also, although it’s only shown once in my videos, he actually pointed out several times that some of the fans in front were getting too pushy and he was worried someone would get hurt. He’d interrupt Sam or whatever they were doing on stage so that Sam can ask the audience to back up and not to push each other.
And the thing that I witnessed for myself that day and now love most about him? His adorkableness! He is hot as hell but his dorkiness makes him less god-like and so much more relatable. I especially like that he KNOWS he’s good looking but he still seems genuinely surprised and pleased with the audience’s fervor. Not in the yeah-yeah-I-know-I’m-hot kinda way but more like I-can’t-believe-all-these-(crazy)-girls-are-screaming-for-me. How can you resist that?
Plus he had that shy, quiet guy thing going on which I have a weakness for. It was like Cupid shot a bajillion arrows at my heart. With a homing missile. At the end of the show I was like, “Lee Min-ho-sshi, I wanna have your babies!” He is that AWESOME.

The panda eyes are a semi-permanent look on me already. It’s a good thing pandas are cute and cuddly. The LMH poster is my good luck charm for sweet dreams. I meant that he was rather reserved. He smiled a lot but he wasn’t as gregarious and playful as other k-celebs at fan meets. I’m not sure if it was the language barrier that’s hindering him or just his personality with strangers. We may be his fans but he doesn’t know us personally.
I do wonder sometimes if he feels awkward or left out at his own fan meets just because he can’t always understand what people around him are saying. There’s just the incessant screaming of fan girls which needs no translation.

1. Of his own accord, he knelt down beside a petite fan so that his face would be near hers in the photo.
2. Whenever he says “Ummmm” while thinking of what to say.

5. During the LMH look contest, Daejang stood from his seat and playfully strutted after the last contestant who exited the stage, as if to say he was also part of that contest. Sam (the host) joked that him joining would be too unfair. Lol.
6. Whenever he bit/licked his lips. *swoon*
7. When his dimples showed while biting his lips. (I’m not sure I described that right but I have photo of him doing this.)
8. He enveloped a fan with his arms in an almost back hug during a photo op.
9. And many more little LMH-isms that are hard to describe. You just have to see it in person.

He looks great in 2D but the full impact of his looks is lessened. With pictures and vids, you usually only get a few of his fine attributes at a time. It’s one of those ‘the sum is greater than the parts’ and you can only SEE the totality of the hotness that is LMH if it’s in 3D and in person.
Imagine a visual and auditory overload of his smile, pretty face, broad chest, wide shoulders, perky butt, long legs, tall stature and sexy voice. And add to that his presence and charisma. All of that hits you like a ton of bricks. Hence, LMH is better looking and better admired live.
Quirkstine, I think you got it when you said that you think he feels a little left out in his own fan meet because he can’t really understand the conversations that is going on because he does not understand the language except the screaming so that is a little awkward. After your description about the 3D LMH, I would really like to see him once to get the real LMH effect.

I was on cloud nine! I was so full of LMH-adrenaline that I didn’t even feel hungry even though my last meal was at 2pm and I stood in line for hours. By the time I realized I hadn’t eaten anything at all that evening, it was already past midnight. And mind you, I’m a girl who loves to eat and rarely skips meals. I just wasn’t hungry.
Perhaps it was my body telling me that it couldn’t handle another body function. My insides were probably too busy piecing back my ovaries which exploded due to LMH-induced hyperactivity. Too many hormones run amok.
Of course you weren’t hungry. You indulge in LMH dessert all night…LOL

How was he adorkable in the Bench fun meet? Not that I don’t think he is adorkable but I like to hear what he did that you found adorkable.
He is really good looking but that alone is not enough. I really like his acting and when I saw his BTS in City Hunter when he apologized profusely for stepping on one of the crew while trying to do a stunt. I thought for a big star, he is so solicitous and caring about a small time worker. And I see that in him in all the candid camera shots of him, He seemed so sincere and unpretentious and none of the big superstar snobbery detectable at all. That makes me want to see him be super successful and liked by everyone. Also hoping he never changes and remain the sweet, adorkable beautiful man inside and outside.
Honestly it was just little things. Some of them I already listed under “adorable” (see my answer to your question earlier). Most of his adorkable moments occurred when he was interacting with fans.
And you’re right. It’s evident that he’s the caring, thoughtful type. He’s reserved but he doesn’t come off as snobbish..He’s like the anti-celebrity. He definitely doesn’t act like one.

I realize what everyone means now when they say LMH looks better in person, we always just get a 2D version of LMH so to see the 3D version would be a totally different experience. Now I totally get it. You described it so succinctly. We see the sum of the whole LMH not bits of him on TV and in photos. 360 degrees of LMH. So well put. You are a pretty good writer, I love the way you answered this question.
I have people tell me that I am photogenic, and I know what they meant that I look much better in photos than in person. So with that mindset, when someone is photogenic, I think they may not necessarily look that good in person. Thanks again for your detailed response.

You’re right. There is a Bench store in Milpitas. It’s located in a Filipino shopping center. First i was so ecstatic, because it’s like 10 minutes away for me. In my head I was already concocting a plan to take some LMH posters from there. However, I just looked at some photos of the store someone put up online and there doesn’t seem to have any hot LMH. otokke otokke otokke **huhuhu**.

No, I haven’t. Just got back from out of town late this afternoon. Milipitas is 10 minutes away from my house. I was checking it out online first just to confirm that there’s actually a Bench store in Milpitas. Apparently, there is. Someone posted a picture they took of this particular store online. From the picture I can see that there’s no LMH posters on the wall. But then again there’s no date of when that photo was taken, so who knows. I will stop tomorrow if I can just to take a peek..hehe..
I don’t have a twitter account (trying to minimize social networking sites). I’m still wating for Michelle to get that info…LOL

1. What do you do or think first thing in the morning?
He said the first thing he does in the morning is feed his pet dog Choco.
2. Are you vain and how do you manage to be physically fit?
He said, he isn’t vain but he’s confident with his looks and
the reason why he is confident is because of his fans and so
he makes sure that he takes care of himself and he does exercise a lot.
3. What type of food or meal do you always request for your mom to cook for you?
His favorite korean food is stew and its what he always asks his mom to cook for him.
4. What filipino cuisine would you want to eat?
He said he likes to try Filipino foods. So he asked a favor from one of the audience to suggest a filipino food and its what he will try on for that night. Sam Oh asked from a fan with a poster and the girl suggested adobo..then he said he’ll have adobo for his dinner..(and he did ate adobo that night and posted it on his twitter and fb account) yaksu accomplished! 🙂
5. Of the wonderful and beautiful places here in the Philippines, where would you like to visit first?
He said he wanted to visit Boracay.
6. Have you heard of the Philippines way before becoming one of the bench endorsers? what made you decide to endorse the brand?
For the first question, he said, he got lots of mentions and messages on twitter and facebook from his Filipino fans. About bench, he said, he knew that it is a very popular brand and has a very broad appeal and so he thought, that if he became an endorser of bench, this will be a good chance for him to meet the filipino fans and so he didn’t have second thoughts on being an endorser of the brand.
7. What is his first impression of Ben Chan, founder of Bench clothing line.
He answered, at first he has got an impression of him to be one that has a strong personality maybe because of his chinese/slanted eyes but the more that he get to talk with him, he realized that he was such a great man, a very kind man and he was able to warmed up with him.
8. Being the new endorser of Bench, how will you market or advertise Bench to your fellow koreans?
He will advertise Bench to his friends and fans in korea as short and sweet and he’ll also say to them that Bench is the best brand in the Philippines.
9. What is a normal day like for a celebrity like you? what do you usually do if your not filming or working?
During his free time, he loves watching movies, he likes to go on walks, he likes to stay home and loves playing computer games.
10.Who is your favorite cartoon character?
City Hunter, is one of his favorite characters, and Kang Baek Ho (i’m not sure if I heard it right) in the manga Slam dunk, is also his favorite.
11.You have done different genres of dramas, do you dream of playing other characters? what is your dream role?
He said, because the last two characters that he portrayed was kind of heavy and have stories from the past, so he wants his next role to be just a happy go lucky/carefree character.
12.Are you going to have a movie in 2013?
For 2013, he would love to do a movie but he would also love to do a drama series on tv, it doesn’t really matter as long as its a good project with a good character the he would like to play.
13.Aside from acting, is there something that you have not done yet, that you still want to do in the future?
One of his frustrations is dancing, and he said, one time in one of his fan meet he tried to dance but got an odd reaction from the audience, his fans made laugh at him and because of that, he wouldn’t do it yet.
14.Is it ok with you to have a Filipina girlfriend?
He wouldn’t mind to have a Filipina girlfriend, his first impressions with Filipina girls were very passionate and a bit shy. And he added, Filipino seems to be very nice and warm people, which is why, he would think that a Filipina girlfriend would be a very good idea.

As for the drama CH, he did look like he had a great time doing the CH.
He even dated KNana 😉 Given that CH was big, roaring & raking in remarkable ratings, not to mention the awards/recognition it earned, LMH, I guess, would always have this lasting fondness for the character, the entire drama, etc.
As for his pet Choco, oh, move over girls, he has his hands full. One lucky four-legged thing. Must be goodlooking too? 🙂

yah, i noticed it..i’ve read an article recently, that he was enrolled by starhaus management for english lessons..so, i think he understood what were displayed on the screen maybe he isn’t just that confident yet to speak in english..and have you noticed when Sam Oh said “great”, he did a two thumbs up gesture? also, i’ve watched the Star Date interview video posted by michelle above, when he was asked with the colors that he likes he answered in english, he said “navy, black, white and gray”.
i think so too, he may have a limited understanding of english since he’s still learning…
I have some chinese educated friends who can read and write English but are afraid to speak it. It can be daunting at times since it is not their first language. I hope one day Daejang will be able to be host his own international event. That will truly be an accomplishment. Fighting, Daejang!

My darling ladies, I just finished watching secret garden and I must say that I laughed like crazy at some of the silliness excellent drama I truly recommend it. Nothing like Faith, nothing earth shattering, but must say still loved the characters a lot. Have fun
Hi, Minozlove, If you liked Ha Ji-won, you might want to watch her in Damo. She’s excellent in there. But be forewarned, Damo is not for the fainthearted. Made me cry buckets but it was oh, so satisfying.
I wanted to watch Damo. But I am not ready yet, especially after Faith. Two heartbreaks in a row is not healthy (a back-to-back heartbreak in between serious fangirling is a surefire way of sending me to the LMH mass grave). Not that Faith broke my heart. Well, it did in a way that I miss them so much it hurts. *sprawls crying on the floor like a 3-year old*
I agree. Need to stagger between tragic and fluffy kdramas otherwise these dramas will be the death of us…hehe. Damo is pretty good if you’re looking for something dark and beautiful and will make you wail like a baby. Faith angst is probably 1/3 of Damo.

Naugtycat that is exactly why I am avoiding anything heartbreaking, the characters, the music and the plot in secret garden is very sweet, funny and endearing without heartache. I just hear the music from Faith and I am reaching for youngaspirin, I still have the billboards to fetch so I am afraid of Damo, I might get divorced if I see that one “husband needing oxygen mask from me rewatching Fatih every day”
after Faith, all i’ve watched were only romantic comedies and that includes A Gentleman’s Dignity and You’re Beautiful..currently, i’m watching Full House 2 then Panda & Hedgehog..when i’m done with Panda & Hedgehog, i’ll be watching Secret Garden hehe..i’ve been reading a lot of this drama from you ladies so i’ll try it..no heavy dramas for me yet, which is why, i’ve stopped watching Missing You. After watching the first 2 episode of it, i was already apprehensive to watch the following episode, there was too much sadness in PYC on the ending of ep 2 and i’m afraid i’d be getting a lot of emotional scenes on the next episode and i’m not just ready for it yet after..
by the way, yesterday on my way home, Faith fever got on me again..out of the blue i caught myself humming the tune of “Because it’s you” until i was already singing some part of the song where i know the lyrics..then i suddenly felt emptiness and sadness.. 😦 i’m missing Faith so much.. i never really wished for it to have ended so early..
I am still on Faith soundtrack all day, everyday. My favorite is Love by Rumble Fish. The melody is so mesmerizing it puts me on trance. And of course the Faith title team (choral version). I get goosebumps each time and then I get mental flashes of daejang in all his glory (and hotness). I tried watching God’s Quiz Season 1 because I heard it’s something witty and light (plus I’m a new RDH fan after Faith). Ryu Deok Hwan is the lead in there. The problem is RDH was sooooo good as Gongnim I can only see him Goryeo robes and not as a doctor. Not helping so I quit after 1 episode. (Only for that but it’s a good and funny series. I’ll get back to it maybe when I’m Faith-crack free.)

Same here, jhen. I’ve been listening to nothing but Faith. Even my own son pointed that out. Last night while we’re playing games I have Faith on in the background. At one point he goes ‘daddy, when mommy’s back so is general choi young and shakes his head’…LOL The funny thing is then he goes ‘mommy can i go see lee min ho with you in february’…HAHA! My son has becomes LMH’s (to him it’s general choi young) biggest yet youngest fan :p

I suddenly missed LMH’s gorgeous look at the Incheon International Airport before he flew to Manila and saw this video. Look at his smile from 1:06 to 1:16. It only takes 10 seconds (or less!) to send me to LMHeaven.

For me the top pick is – – – Any of you saw pics of him leaving Incheon Airport, June this year? He had this seemingly off the rack (we know of course it is not OTR) army green shirt (like in CH ep 1 shirt), he was sporting unruly, wavy hair (was filming Faith then), dark shades as usual,
and all alone, with only his backpack as company….am sure he wasn’t really alone, except that the shots show him not flanked by the bodyguards
shots show him in upbeat mood, in another he looked down, maybe trying to shy away from fancam…whatever, it is just so refreshing to see him alone, just mixing in with the rest of airport breathing mammals.
I don’t see any video of that, just pics. (And to think I was just in same airport like a day or 2 before he had that flight!!!? Unlucky traveller, that’s me!)

Thanks for this video, naughtycat. I can still remember swooning at this look when his royal hotness first showed up on camera at the airport. I think this was his hottest look during his Manila trip for Bench. The rest that he wore throughout the event make him look cute, adorkable and swoon worthy handsome, but this one with the jacket and sunglasses…and strutting down the airport….was SMOKING hot!

LMH!!! *sigh* Someone once mentioned, put him in a bin liner and he’ll still look hotter than everyone else. I really like those high-cut, black and white almost Converse looking shoes.
@Michelle The up swept hair style reminded me of Jin Ho too! It’s like a matured Jin Ho or a version of Jin Ho (nearly) 3 years later. Still hot as hell! I think I was the once who mentioned that even if LMH is dressed in a garbage bag, there is absolutely no way he would look bad. Ha!
