I saw a request for this, and while I can’t answer all requests, I saw that this one wouldn’t take me long, and I’ve been itching for Heirs fun.
*Anyone know why they call this couple Tan-Neun instead of Tan-Eun?
I don’t RL-ship these two (I never RL-ship, hehe), but I enjoy how comfortable these two are with each other after knowing one another for years. Aesthetically, they look very nice together, and I like their chemistry on screen, especially when they’re both cute and bickering.
Excitedly waiting for episode 13. Gah, I want to know how Eun Sang comforted Tan, and how puppy Young Do is going to become. Also, sharpening my knives for Daddy Kim. Expletives to come.

Yes you are right ladygynn, in Gooddrama some comments are really vulgar and unfair to all the actor and actress especially when they said such nasty things about PSH. Also everyone is like going at each other throat which I hate. Our dear Joonni here is the best and the community she started with with her recap and comments are awesome. I know right! At first I thought ‘Am I the only one who likes Heirs?’ and then I found Scattered Jooni and so many viewers who are liking the show 🙂
I have stopped going over at Heirs recap section on Dramabeans as it irritates me a lot…I just drop a comment sometimes to make it a point that there are people who like it…LOL 😀
I can understand if one is not liking it….but the way some people write their HATE comments over there is unbelievable..and they don’t know what to pick, so they start picking unnecessary points against it like clothes, lipstick etc,,,,haha
Yep me too, I’ve stopped reading the comments over there, but I do still read the recaps since enjoy reading them. But the comments… ugh. I don’t understand the urge to hate-watch and then write about how much you hate it. I’m all for criticism where it’s called for, but this is a whole other level!
yes something is wrong with all the site Heirlings ( @ Soompi that what they call the netizens that love this drama) nothing can pleased them,but Ockoala has mellowed because she is watching without expectation…her writing change tremendously…because someone asked her to stopped watching and recapping ,if she finds it ……The worst comment,I think is PSH kiss….please are we so …..to just judging her acting for a mere kiss.. I love PSH and there is not a need to have a kissing scene to make the drama good ,don’t deny it ,its a bonus if we have a good kissing scene…just let KT and YD stare at her I melt…hah.. about stare..that too they have a problem..KT stares a lot…hahaha..Thank Joonni…you know these fans will run wild with this post..they’ll start speculating the actors real life…sometimes I don’t understand…its just a drama and the actors really done a good job not to mentioned bts is always fun to watched…

Personally, I love the staring that goes on. To me LMH’s most compelling attractive feature is his eyes; love looking at him looking intensely at somebody! I admit I am someone that wishes PSH could relax a bit more in the kissing onscreen she does, but I love her even though she looks awkward, okay? I don’t judge her entire acting ability by her kissing. Anyway, looking forward to 23 hours from now!! Heirlings, fighting!!

Yes they’re ridiculous !!! Just because they have watched some dramas,they think they know everything about acting.and like you said,their comments are just so hateful,I can understand if someone complaints about a few things,because I know this drama has some bad scenes,but being that hateful is just ridiculous .after all is not like they’re forced to watch it.you don’t like it,then move on to something else.
glad you pointed it out. funny thing is the negative comments are the one on top or the first to comment. and i see same names every episode recap. i know they are just there to hate. i don’t read dramabeans recap anymore.just happy to found this site too.. 🙂

Thank you Joonni for posting and translating this cute video! It will definitely help until Wednsday! In fact I always try to find and watch these cute behind the scene videos, even though I don’t understand a word, just by watching their face expressions and gestures I can see how the dynamic between the cast is, you don’t have to know the language to understand that! Actually 90% of what we say is delivered by our body language so I comfort myself with that 🙂
I also try to keep it objective and not make myself confused with mixing what we see in the drama with what they may be in real life, of course you get affected by it, unavoidably seeing them in love in the drama makes you want to see them the same in real life too, if that happens then that’s good of course but if it doesn’t then it’s their choice, their life, they can do whatever they want, we have to respect them!
I also love their chemistry on and off screen, it helps that they have worked together before and know each other! I hope to see more off screen videos so I can be more convinced of how well they get along 🙂 PSH as I’ve seen, in all her dramas she is very kind and nice to her costars, she lets them shine without taking anything of her brightness and talent, she compliments every male partner she ever had, this is a really good quality of her as a person and as an actress, she is talented and is improving herself more and more. LMH, I don’t even want to start cause I’ll never finish writing about him, he is amazing, very talented, a very smart actor who puts his character in front of everything else! Love them both!

i really love what i am reading now… a lot of positive comments to this couple, yah you’re right, we are happy seeing them in love on screen but in real life we have to understand them… love this couple and it hurts me when i read negative comments……
I agree, I’ve always thought this couple had a comfy rapport from the start, which was especially apparent during this scene frm the BTS! It’s my fave California sequence! I don’t quite get why many people have said they don’t have any chemistry. I do however, think that their skinship has been a little stiff at times and that’s the fault of the directing which hasn’t done the two actors justice IMO.

i always love and adore PSH as an actress, she is adorable, kind, nice in real life, i watched all her previous dramas, and i noticed she was so friendly with all her costars.
she always had great chemistry with every her-costar, including with LMH, i found their chemistry is adorable in heirs. i didnt know much about LMH, but cuz of tanny, i want to know about him much more..^_^
count me in. Though I’m Young do – Eun sang shipper, but I also like and love the chemistry of these two stars. No offense, but among Shin hye’s leading men, it’s Min ho (and Woo Bin) that I like.

Indeed, they have grown well as each episode is made. One more night, its Episode 13 and our much awaited moment while both ES and KT share their anguish about what went home and what ES had been through while away from KT’s loving embrace. HEIRS AJA AJA FIGHTING! 😉
Thanks. I realize you are also waiting in anticipation for the next episode, relating to all of us as one of us! I like your line, “sharpening your knives for Daddy Kim”–it made me laugh. That actor is in a lot of dramas. The first one I saw him in where he left a really great impression was “Scent of a Woman.” His character was a really nice guy, so naturally I liked the man from there on out, as we all associate our feelings for actors with our feelings for their characters. But he is a nasty person in this drama, so my feelings for him are becoming more well-rounded. lol Another actor I love is the gal who plays ES’s mom (haven’t got her name memorized yet). I loved her in “Legend” and she’s sure played a myriad of characters in a zillion and two dramas ever since. She really works a LOT!!
BTW Joonni, could you please post the live feed link tomorrow on FB just before the drama starts, if you can? I went a little nuts last week cuz I couldn’t find the link anywhere no matter how hard I looked. And unfortunately, on FB even after only a day, it becomes impossible to locate a post from the week before; wish I knew better how to manipulate this cyberspace technology to my own needs! Yeah, she rocked in the role of Lady Choi; so cool! I saw her in a very different role in “Goodbye Solo”–have you ever watched that one? It’s a bit old now. She was also in “The Master’s Sun” which I enjoyed before “The Heirs” came on. Like I said, that woman appears in a lot of dramas; sometimes five or six a year!
I have made a point of watching just about all the dramas LMH has been in and “Faith” ranks way up there. His character was just SO GREAT in that one!!
yes she really appeared in lots of dramas!!!lol I loved how she kicked some bad boys in Faith.she was truly her nephew’s aunt,no doubt in that!!! and about her appearing in so many dramas,I guess that’s possible because she plays supporting characters,with not so many scenes in every episodes,so she’s able to act in more than one drama at the same time!!! which is great for me because love her,she’s a great senior actress and I enjoyed all her characters so far.the same goes with her character from Heirs,she’s amazing here as well.
same feeling with me here. Faith is LMH’s drama that i love the most. he’s just perfect and perfect. mostly because he dressed up like a true warrior and he looked so HOT. first time i saw LMH in BOF but not really into him, those outfits didn’t impress me much about him. but right after watching Faith, i fell in love with him. his eyes, the way he stares…LMH doesn’t even have to speak the dialogue.
i love PSH too. she’s cute and her acting is great. please people, stop complaining her kiss scene… there’s a man who arrange the scenes and his name is director. no matter how great your kissing ability, you have to do what the director wants to see.
anyway, my love for this drama has been growing each day…nice to meet you all…indeed it feels like having a family here 😉

Hi Alina, looks like we are in the same boat… our daily dosage of LMH and Faith, now Heirs. I think I more addicted and in a worst situation than you, because I did not want to see the other drama now in order to keep a clear mind to see LMH as an 18 year old and not Choi Young. Therefore I have to start from ep 1 of Heir until the lates epi, think I am really “sick” – do I need to be cold turkey for such an addiction… ha ha ha? I have rewatched all his drama umpteen times and yet still enjoying every moment ….

Try to watch Faith and City Hunter, i assure you, you will like it, at first i thought i will not like it bcause i don’t know the leading ladies but oh friend, am sure you will like them, too, now i am confident that every LMH drama is a great one regardless of his leading lady, through his drama i became to like the ladies also and watch their dramas… Try it!!!

Hi GV, sorry for butting in. Just cant help but comment. You should watch Faith. This drama made me an LMH fan. I’ve watched BOF and City Hunter prior to Faith and LMH was good in both of them but it didnt do anything to my fangirling heart. I dragged my feet in watching Faith because I didnt like that the lead actress looked old for him. But when I finally did, I got drawn to it. LMH was so good in this drama. You cant help but get caught in his acting. He conveyed the emotions so beautifully, of a love so pure and selfless. So, That did it for me! I’m glad I watched it. Believe me, You will too.
I’ll just add my two cents here…City Hunter’s leading lady I loved in Sangkyunkwan Scandal, and wanted to see her do something else, so it was great that it worked out CH starred LMH, too. That was an excellent drama, and Minho was SO cool in his character. Heart-melter.
Faith was even better, though. His character is very cool, fights beautifully (if that is possible!), is someone you can respect, and gradually comes to love the lady doctor, who will grow on you; don’t worry. I also love Lee Philip, who is another cool character in this story. First loved him in “Legend.” Was a little disappointed with the ending–not the storyline of it, just the ending place left me wanting to see more. But that’s also the mark of a good drama, ne!?
So gv, make some time for CH and Faith…you won’t be disappointed!!

Hey DDee, Well, I read the article, but it sort of made my mind go fuzzy… I’m not the most adept cyberspace technician, I’m afraid…
I did learn that I need to know where the photo originated from, but the bad news is that since I have a Mac, I just steal photos from “The Heirs” or other LMH-related walls on FB by dragging them off the post and into my ‘desktop’ (to be filed away in a folder entitled “Lee Minho” among others!!). The photo is on my wall…so the fastest way to show it to you is just make you my friend on FB, I think. Look me up if you’d like, Sally Kinney Wakasugi (that’s me, Sal728), and send me a message so I’ll friend you.
OR if that doesn’t appeal to you, you can send me your email address via message in FB and I’ll send the photo to you as an attachment. Really want to let you see it, if you haven’t already got it in your collection (it’s okay to assume you probably have one, like me, right??).
